Ddflores 1 star for HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE AND TECH SUPPORT
Ddflores/CastinAway, Ive been playing this game for a year give or take absolutely loved it. But here in the past few months Ive occurred multiple problems that have put w bad taste into my mouth. Yes I know you see a lot of comments of "pay to play" blah blah well I made it for months with out spending a single penny. But when I finally had enough of the grinding and taking time from guild fishing. I spent $400 USD in less than a month because I wanted to not because I needed to. But then all of a sudden I get a double charge in one day of a purchase that is only buy able once a day I email multiple times with the same stupid were sorry we will look further into this and get back to you... Been over a month and nothing they forgot so Im just gonna eat the $43USD they robbed from me and not spend another dime. Also I got restricted on my main fishing account due to calling a liar out on FAKE cancer, and have been reported multiple time on false reason so I had to delete the app to reinstall so I can fish on my lower level account but when I went to check restriction period on main account i had to delete once again... But this time I can not download the app or any com2us games... Ive submitted multiple error issues with no reply back over the past 3 going on 4 days. SO NEW USERS BE ADVISED CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS GARBAGE! And staciAl1 or johnapann is a cancer faking snitch and will report for anything stay away from Channel 3.
